msd_lite: Multicast streaming daemon - IPTV over HTTP¹

msd_lite relays multicast IPTV groups to HTTP clients, in the same role as udpxy but built around a threaded event engine with zero-copy forwarding, so it holds up better with many simultaneous clients. It keeps one multicast join per group no matter how many viewers ask for it, and can serve the same stream to all of them.
